Joel Miller is one of our more “well traveled” and “seasoned” Agents if you can say that. Having just recently returned from a five year sailing trip half way around the world, Joel brings a very diverse and well rounded back ground to selling Real Estate.
After a very successful real estate career in the late 90’s and early 2000’s, Joel and his wife and 2 children “sold out”, liquidated all their real estate holdings, bought a boat and sailed around the South pacific and Caribbean. Joel and Family report that the trip was more than they could have expected and look forward to doing it again. Free sailing stories upon request.
Joel is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University here in Point Loma - San Diego, California - Class of 1986 with a B.A. in Psychology. Joel has been an active and very successful Realtor since 1997 in California during which he held the title of “Top Producer” and earned the “Presidential Award” for three consecutive years with Prudential Realty. Joel is also an active real estate investor and has bought, rehabbed, rented and sold numerous single family residences of his own. For fun Joel loves to sail and fish. He holds a 100 Ton Masters US Coast Guard License for operating large commercial vessels and pleasure yachts.
