Dave Pino has over 20 years experience in Real Estate. When he moved to San Diego in 1986 he began managing high rise office buildings. After receiving his RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation in 1991, he became President of the local BOMA (Building Owners & Managers Association) chapter. During that time, Dave lobbied in Sacramento and Washington D.C. to support or oppose real estate related legislation on behalf of real estate owners.
Now, as a full time professional Realtor, Dave has represented buyers and sellers in over seventy transactions. He is educated in the legal aspects of real estate practice and licensed by the state of California to provide real estate services. As a member of both the California and National Association of Realtors, he abides by a strict code of ethics to provide you the highest level of service. His livelihood is earned by serving the needs of home buyers and sellers with the utmost integrity.
